Vegetable & cheese omelette

Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Cheese – 30 g
* Zucchini or bell pepper – a few slices (approx. 50 g)
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Cut the vegetables into thin slices.
* Heat the pan and add the butter.
* Fry the vegetables for 2–3 minutes.
* In a bowl Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
* Pour the eggs into the pan.
* Sprinkle with grated cheese.
* Cook, covered, until the omelet is set.
