Ingredients:
* Eggs – 2 pcs. (120 g)
* Bell pepper – 1/4 pcs. (50 g)
* Mozzarella – 30 g
* Butter – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
* Salt – to taste
* Pepper – to taste

PREPARATION – FRYING PAN:
* Finely dice the bell pepper.
* Heat the pan and melt the butter.
* Fry the bell pepper for 2–3 minutes.
* Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
* Pour the eggs into the pan.
* Add the torn mozzarella.
* Cook over low heat until the omelet is set.
