Vegetable skewers with cheese

Sugar-free • Gluten-free • Meat-free
**INGREDIENTS:**
* Bell pepper – 1/2 pc. (80 g)
* Zucchini – 1/2 small (100 g)
* Onion – 1/4 pc. (40 g)
* Halloumi cheese – 40 g
* Olive oil – 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
* Salt, pepper – to taste
**PREPARATION – OVEN:**
* Preheat oven to 190°C.
* Cut the vegetables and cheese into equal pieces.
* Thread them alternately onto skewers.
* Drizzle with olive oil and season.
* Bake for 15 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and the cheese is golden brown.
**PREPARATION - AIRFRYER:**
* Prepare the skewers as above.
* Place in the Airfryer basket.
* Bake at 190°C for 10-12 minutes.
* Turn halfway through.
